5. The 15% discount for Arab Bowling Tour (ABT) members applies only to the purchase of desublimation T-shirts.

6. To be eligible for the ABT member discount, customers must provide valid ABT membership details during the checkout process.

7. Customizable T-shirts allow customers to upload up to six logos of their preference.

8. All logos uploaded by customers must be approved by the website administrator within 24 hours.

9. The font used for text names on the jerseys is called "Satisfaction Font."

10. Customers must provide their name and font preference during registration.

11. Once the shirts are purchased, the details of the logos will be sent to the admin for review.

12. The admin will provide a mock-up of the shirts for customer approval.

13. Customers are allowed one change to the shirt design after receiving the mock-up.

14. Any additional logos added beyond the initial six will incur an additional fee.

15. The shirts are currently available in one color, but additional color options may be introduced in the future.

16. Shipping will be done through Sia or Aram within GCC or Arabic countries.

17. ABT members and non-ABT members are both eligible to purchase the shirts.

18. ABT members will receive an exclusive 15% discount on all jerseys.

19. The size of the shirts will be based on the size chart provided on the website.

20. The shirts are made using sublimation with 400° heat imposed by the printer to ink into the polyester fabric.

21. Our return policy allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.

22. After the cancellation period has expired, orders cannot be canceled.

23. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

24. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

25. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

26. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned items.

 STEPS TO PURCHASE THE JERSEYS:

 1. Choose the desired jersey: Select the jersey you like from our available options.

 2. Upload your logos: You can upload up to 6 logos for your jersey. These logos should be in JPEG, PDF, or PNG format. Make sure to specify the desired locations for each logo on the jersey.

 3. Complete the purchase: Once you have selected the jersey and uploaded the logos, proceed to the checkout page. You can make the payment using PayPal or Keema credit card.

 4. Order review: After your purchase, our team will review your order within 24 hours to ensure all the details are correct and meet our guidelines.

 5. Mock-up approval: Within 24 hours, you will receive an email with a mock-up of how your customized jersey will look. Take the time to review it carefully. If you are satisfied with the design, you can give your approval.

 6. Printing process: Once we receive your approval, we will send the design to our printing company. The printing process usually takes four days to complete.

 7. Shipping: After the printing is done, we will start the shipping process. Please note that shipping may take up to 12 days to reach your location.

 8. Delivery: In total, it will take approximately 7 to 8 working days from the time of your order placement to complete the production and shipping of your customized jersey. The jersey will be delivered to your provided shipping address.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES

1.     Orders can be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of placement, except for rush production orders.

2.     Rush production orders cannot be canceled once placed due to priority service provided.

3.     Once an order is in the manufacturing process, no further changes can be made.

ONLINE ORDER STATUS CHANGE

1.     Customers will receive email notifications for changes in their order status.

2.     Possible order status changes include:

·        Awaiting Fulfillment: When the order is received.

·        Order in Production Process: Items are being decorated or manufactured.

·        Partially Shipped: Some items have been shipped, while others are pending production.

·        Shipped: The order has been shipped.

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER

1.     Due to the nature of dye-sublimation process, slight variations in print colors may occur.

2.     Environmental conditions and equipment variations can impact color accuracy.

3.     We do not guarantee color matching, and images on the website serve as representations of the general colors.

INFORMATION ACCURACY POLICY

VIRTUAL SAMPLE POLICY

JERSEY PRODUCT THUMBNAILS

1.     Product images on our website feature jerseys with a SASH collar.

2.     Selecting a different collar style will not change the displayed image.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Regional Shipping

1.     Free Shipping to all regional Orders

2.     Aramex and SMSA are used for regional shipping.

3.     Shipping times are not included in production times.

4.     We are not liable for shipping delays once orders are handed to carriers.

International Shipping

1.     We offer worldwide shipping through various carriers.

2.     Free shipping is available for worldwide orders over $150 after discounts and coupons.

3.     International shipping is available to most countries.

4.     We use International Priority Mail or FedEx International services.

5.     Customs fees or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

General

1.     Returns are accepted within 10 days of approval, with items received within 14 days.

2.     Personalized items are non-returnable.

3.     Returns for non-personalized items are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee.

4.     Exchanges for different sizes are allowed, but design changes are not permitted.

5.     Masks or neck gaiter products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health concerns.

 

 SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY (UPDATED):

 1. All orders will be shipped through SMSA OR ARAMEX within GCC or Arabic countries.

2. The cost of shipping is inclusive and free for the shirts.

3. For every purchase of two T-shirts, two additional T-shirts will be provided for free.

4. Customers are not allowed to order shirts for any other person except themselves. Only their own name will be mentioned on the shirts.

5. EBT tour members are eligible to claim the 15% discount by mentioning their name as an EBT member.

6. Non-EBT members are also allowed to purchase shirts, but they will not receive the 15% discount.

7. The management reserves the right to approve or disapprove the purchase of any order based on ethical considerations and adherence to guidelines.

8. Logos uploaded by customers must comply with social and religious guidance.

9. The management has the right to disapprove logos that do not meet these guidelines.

10. In the event of a return, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
